About Basketball Stars Unblocked
Basketball Stars is a fast 1-on-1 basketball game. You pick a player and face an opponent on a single court: dribble past them, shoot, dunk, steal the ball and block their shots. Matches are short and the score swings quickly.
You can play against the computer or challenge a friend on the same keyboard. Winning matches unlocks new players and gear, each with different stats.
How to Play
On a phone, use the game’s on-screen controls if they appear. Landscape orientation gives the player more room.

- Shoot when your player is set. Shots while moving fast miss more often.
- Go for steals when the opponent is dribbling close to you.
- Use the head-to-head mode to practise with a friend before taking on the computer at higher levels.

Basketball Stars Guide: Controls, Steals and the Supershot
Basketball Stars rewards timing more than speed. This guide covers the controls and the moves that win most games.

1. Controls
Each player moves, jumps and shoots, pumps (fakes) and blocks, steals, and uses a supershot. The exact keys differ between versions of the game, especially in two-player mode, so check the controls shown on the start screen before your first match. Double-tapping a direction makes your player dash.
2. Get closer before you shoot
Shots close to the basket are much harder to block. Rushed shots from far away are easy to block or steal, so drive to the hoop when you have space.
3. Use the pump fake
A pump fake makes the defender jump early. Wait for them to come down, then shoot or drive past them.
4. Time blocks and steals
Block at the moment your opponent releases the ball, not before. Go for steals while they are dribbling close to you; reaching from far away just leaves the path open.
5. Save the supershot
When the supershot bar is full, you can score with a special shot from anywhere on the court. Use it when you need points quickly, for example near the end of a close game.
