1. Set up the game by arranging the game board with the map of the post-apocalyptic world in the center, and placing the player tokens at the starting point.
2. Choose a starting player and give them the dice. Gameplay proceeds clockwise.
3. On your turn, roll the dice and move your player token that number of spaces in any direction vertically or horizontally on the board.
