1. Set up the game by laying out the playing mat on the floor. Make sure there is enough space for all players to move around comfortably.
2. Divide players into two teams, with an equal number of players on each team.
3. Each team selects a captain to lead them through the game. The captain is responsible for directing their team on when to start and stop each round.
4. Assign each team a starting point on opposite sides of the playing mat.
